As a Senior Associate/ Lead/ Manager in the Customer Advocacy and Reporting team, your role is crucial in driving business growth through customer insights and data-driven decision making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leading the Customer Advocacy and Reporting team to develop and implement customer advocacy strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Designing and delivering reports and analytics to stakeholders using SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau. - Handling and responding to complaints filed with regulators on behalf of the bank. - Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer advocacy and reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-12 years of experience in customer advocacy, customer service, or related fields. For Lead and Manager positions, people management and stakeholder management experience is essential. - A proven track record of successfully leading teams and contributing to business growth through customer insights and data-driven decision making. - Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau for reporting purposes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively. - Excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage various projects simultaneously.
