Sr. Associate / Lead / AM - SCM

As a Sr. Associate / Lead / AM - SCM based in Mumbai, you will report to the SCM Head and play a vital role in supporting the solution integration team. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing procurement processes, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing order management. Your expertise in SAP and comprehensive understanding of supply chain and procurement practices will be crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute procurement strategies to support the solution integration business. - Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and timely delivery, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget requirements. - Oversee order lifecycle management, coordinate with logistics team and suppliers, and resolve any order-related issues promptly. - Utilize SAP for managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, handling invoicing processes, and generating reports for order status, spend analysis, and vendor performance. - Manage vendor relationships, conduct evaluations, and proactively address any vendor-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like project managers, engineers, and sales teams to align procurement with project needs. - Participate in regular meetings to provide procurement updates and address potential risks. - Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain roles, preferably in solution integration or a technology-driven business. - Strong proficiency in SAP for procurement and order management tasks. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of import/export compliance and vendor risk management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is advantageous.,
