Sr. Associate-Inward and store

1. Material Inward Management

Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.

Verify and maintain documentation such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), challans, and invoices.

Coordinate with the quality team for inspection and clearance of materials.

2. Raw Material Handling

Organize and store raw materials systematically in designated areas.

Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) practices to minimize wastage.

Ensure safe handling and compliance with storage standards and safety guidelines.

3. Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and update ERP/Inventory systems regularly.

Prepare Monthly Reconciliation of ERP Stock with physical stock, take proper action against Short/Excess stock.

Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

Maintain accurate records of material movement and transactions.

4. Returnable Challan Management/Job work Challan Management.

Prepare and maintain records of returnable challans for materials sent out.

Track and follow up on returnable items to ensure timely receipt.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for reconciliation of returnable materials.

Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards for returnable challans.
