The Marketing/Growth function at Urban Company is responsible for driving the annual operating plan by identifying growth drivers for each business segment. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to unlock consumer intelligence, develop offerings, plan media campaigns, and implement strategies for sustainable growth. As a Sr. Associate in the GTM team, you will be tasked with owning and delivering growth outcomes for specific business units. This includes engaging with categories to identify growth opportunities, planning media strategies, and staying updated on media consumption trends. You will lead marketing projects, experiment with different approaches, and drive business growth through smart risk-taking and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Capabilities & Innovation for the function: - Enhance brand visibility through strategic media selection and deployment - Explore new channels to experiment with engaging media content - Focus on driving efficiency and scale for improved bottom-funnel conversion - Understand Business, Category, Consumer: - Gain insights into target audience, products, and services - Participate in consumer immersions and studies to inform strategies - Analyze penetration objectives and marketing impact on consumer behavior - Deployment Strategy: - Utilize historical data to create accurate reach models and performance plans - Define success KPIs and measurement milestones for campaigns - Own deployment planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis Requirements: - Graduation from a Tier 1/2 Institute - 1-3 years of relevant experience in startups, FMCGs, eCommerce brands, or media agencies - Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as FB Ads, SEM, social media marketing - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets - Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with agencies effectively - Outcome-focused with a customer-first approach to problem-solving Join us at Urban Company and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to driving growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers.,
