Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any queries or concerns. Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Operations) to streamline the onboarding process. Oversee due diligence processes and ensure all necessary checks are completed accurately and on time. Develop and implement onboarding procedures and best practices to enhance the client experience. Monitor onboarding metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring they are equipped to support the onboarding process effectively. Identify areas for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes. Preferred candidate profile 4-6 years of experience in client onboarding, asset management, or a related financial services role. Extensive knowledge of asset management products, services, and regulatory requirements. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex onboarding projects. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
