Job Role

Architecture & Strategy Design and implement SharePoint architecture across hybrid environments.

Define governance models, security frameworks, and compliance protocols
Lead enterprise migrations from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online
Development & Integration Architect custom solutions using SPFx, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and third-party integrations
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts
Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems (e g , Teams, OneDrive, SQL Server, Azure AD)
Operations & Optimization Oversee performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies
Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security
Conduct system upgrades, patching, and rollback procedures
Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SharePoint capabilities with organizational goals
Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor junior engineers
Document architecture, configurations, and processes for future reference
