Sr. Architect

As a senior architect in our team, your primary responsibility will be leading the design development process for real estate projects, starting from the initial conceptualization phase through to the final construction stages. You will be tasked with creating and refining architectural plans, drawings, and specifications while considering project goals, budget constraints, and timelines. Your role will also involve preparing and managing construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Collaboration with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders will be essential to facilitate seamless project execution. It is imperative that you monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Quality assurance procedures will need to be implemented under your guidance to guarantee that projects meet design specifications and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you will be expected to mentor and guide junior architects and designers to foster their professional development. Your technical expertise in areas such as building codes, construction techniques, and material selection will be invaluable. Additionally, you will assist with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure the timely completion of projects. Effective communication with all stakeholders to provide project updates and information is crucial to the success of our projects. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and possess a registered architect license. A minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate development and construction is required. Proficiency in design software and construction documentation, as well as strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, are essential for success in this role.
