Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Plumber to handle all plumbing installations and fittings for new and refurbished flats. The role involves working on residential units to install and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, bathrooms, kitchens, and related fixtures to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Install plumbing systems in new or renovated flats, including piping, drainage, and vent systems. Fit and connect bathroom and kitchen fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, and washing machines. Read and interpret building plans and layout drawings for apartment plumbing. Ensure installations comply with local building codes and health and safety regulations. Collaborate with electricians, tilers, and other trades during flat fitting. Test systems for leaks and ensure proper functionality. Diagnose and fix issues during post-installation snagging or repairs. Maintain clean and safe work areas in all flats under construction or renovation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
