We’re looking for a Senior Architect (Modular Design | US Projects) to join our Gurgaon-based global design & R&D team — working on breakthrough technologies that blend architecture, engineering, and automation to shape the future of modular construction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead concept-to-production design of prefabricated modular PODs for residential and commercial applications.

• Design US code-compliant buildings and act as Architect of Record (AOR).

• Collaborate with mechanical, structural, BIM, and software teams to deliver integrated, manufacturable designs.

• Use Revit + Dynamo, Rhino, Inventor, or Tekla for parametric & automated modeling.

• Integrate smart systems, IoT, and energy optimization into modular workflows.

What You’ll Bring

• B.Arch / M.Arch with 10+ years of experience in architecture or modular design.

• Expertise in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Inventor / Tekla.

• Proven experience in BIM coordination, US design codes, and offsite construction.

• Strong cross-disciplinary mindset — from design to manufacturability.
