Location : Remote 

Exp: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Appian BPM solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Appian applications.

Build and manage process models, interfaces, CDTs, integrations, and rules using Appian best practices.

Integrate Appian with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and external databases.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

Ensure on-time delivery of modules with quality and performance benchmarks.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Maintain documentation and adhere to change management processes.

Stay updated with Appian features, trends, and platform enhancements.

Be open to visiting the C5i location weekly or at least monthly as per project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

7+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Appian BPM development.

Hands-on experience with SAIL, process modeling, interfaces, reports, and smart services.

Strong understanding of Appian plug-ins and integration mechanisms.

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and web service integrations.

Familiarity with Appian deployment processes and version upgrades.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Appian Level 2 Certification (or higher) preferred.
