Sr Analyst Language BSC

As a member of the team, your role involves: - Supporting all customer and business queries in both Chinese and English languages. - Resolving exceptions and translating documents efficiently. - Demonstrating a good understanding of key policies impacting the process. - Possessing sound process knowledge and actively participating in team and process-related projects/initiatives. - Mentoring and coaching new team members effectively. - Providing support in seamless audit and compliance process activities to adhere to SOX compliance. - Assisting in formulating/updating SOPs and ensuring compliance with SOPs and applicable policies related to invoice processing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree/Diploma in Language along with a Bachelors (B.Com) degree or Masters degree in Finance or accounting is preferred. - 2+ years of work-related experience. - Proficiency in language (Reading, Writing, and Speaking). In terms of technical skills and knowledge, you should have: - Good knowledge of relevant systems and applications used in the accounting function like PeopleSoft. - Familiarity with MS Office and exposure to ERP systems. Other skills that would be beneficial for this role: - Strong communication skills. - Flexibility to work in multiple shifts. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
