Job Description

Person will be responsible to work closely with business lines to complete the procurement function end to end for GTE, which includes :-

Collate the procurement requests
Coordinate with sourcing team for vendor finalization & quotes
Work with business line & vendor to gather all the required information for deal finalization
Creation of purchase request (PR) in the system
Coordinating with stake holders for purchase request approval
Purchase order communication to the supplier
Delivery follow up, & sharing update to stake holders
Coordinate for Material / Service delivery at SG and receipt conformation
Coordinate for invoice submission and payment as per contract terms
