Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Analog IP Silicon Validation Engineer who will be responsible for validating and characterizing complex analog IPs such as ADC, DAC, PLL, USB, VREG, OSC, DDR, LOW POWER, and IO PADs on advanced SoCs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong understanding of electrical circuit analysis, design, and test fundamentals
Hands-on experience in automation of Analog Characterization setups using LabVIEW and TestStand
Strong debug and problem-solving skills
Experience in silicon bring-up and analog validation platforms for new ASIC/SoC designs
Proficiency in C programming
B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering
Strong leadership and planning abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in PVT characterization of Analog IPs (ADC, DAC, PLL, USB, VREG, OSC, DDR, IO PADs)
Experience with test & measurement equipment such as DSA, AWG, Spectrum Analyzer, Audio Precision, etc.
Understanding of transmission line theory, differential signaling, and signal integrity
Knowledge of multilayer PCB design, integration, and testing
7+ years hands-on experience and excellent team-handling skills for lead roles

Responsibilities

Develop and execute bench characterization methodologies for analog IPs
Write automated test scripts for characterization and data processing
Perform design evaluation and root-cause analysis for analog IPs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, test, project management) to ensure successful product validation
