Job Purpose/Scope The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to attract, engage and hire top talent and provide a best-in-class experience to both candidates and hiring managers. You will partner with the business to drive and improve our full cycle talent acquisition process with the opportunity to directly impact the growth and culture of the Company. Work Assignment (optional) Main Duties and Responsibilities Work with Hiring Managers in providing end-to-end recruitment support including but not limited to: posting job openings interviewing and screening candidates reporting on recruitment activity attending recruitment events and job fairs proactively sourcing engaging passive talent conducting reference checks Assess recruiting needs, determine level of urgency and develop customized sourcing strategies. Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers to determine best practice recruitment solutions and market trends. Champion the student hiring program for interns and apprentices. Effectively utilize available software tools to manage recruitment activity. Offer a proactive sourcing approach that is designed to build candidate pipelines and manage a just in time service delivery model that matches recruitment needs. Build referral networks and candidate pools through networking, social media and external networking sources. Demonstrate a keen interest to continuously improve current processes and participate in ongoing talent acquisition projects Knowledge Qualifications, Skills and Experience Knowledge/Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or a relevant field Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation/attitude Strong written, presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills Demonstrates sensitivity and discretion when dealing with confidential information. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop verification strategies for BLDC motor control systems. Conduct EMI/EMC testing, FOC (Field Oriented Control) testing, and other relevant tests to ensure compliance with industry standards. Analyze results, debug issues, and provide recommendations for improvement in hardware design. Participate in debugging sessions to resolve complex problems related to motor control systems. Develop test plans, write test cases, and execute tests on hardware designs using ASPICE methodology. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in hardware verification engineering with expertise in BLDC motors. Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong understanding of ASPICE methodology for developing test plans and executing tests. Proficiency in conducting EMI/EMC testing, FOC testing, and other relevant tests.
Role and Responsibilities Perform soldering, wiring harness, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), electronic components, and printed circuit board tasks with expertise. Ensure quality control during production processes to meet industry standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns promptly. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics or relevant discipline (e.g., Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering). Proficiency in handling various types of electronic components, including semiconductors, PCBs, cables, etc.
