Sr Analyst, Internal Audit

As a Senior Analyst-Internal Audit at Luminar Technologies, Inc., you will play a crucial role in promoting business integrity and establishing robust internal control structures. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Internal Audit, based in Gurugram (NCR), India, you will collaborate with various levels of management to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and drive process improvements. Your responsibilities will include assisting in SOX planning, scoping, and risk assessment in coordination with external auditors and business process owners. You will conduct business process walkthroughs, controls testing, and develop comprehensive documentation adhering to audit standards. Evaluating audit findings, coordinating remediation efforts, and fostering relationships with process owners to enhance processes will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of audit experience in the technology industry. A strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX requirements, and internal audit standards is essential. Your positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently with a professional mindset will be highly valued.
