Sr Analyst-Global mobility

Job Description: As a Global Mobility Operations at our company, you will be responsible for remotely supporting the International Assignment case managers by providing administrative support throughout the lifecycle of an international assignment. You will work closely with the wider Global Mobility team and other functional teams to deliver desired levels of performance and meet the required service levels to global stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and reviewing Cost Estimates, Balance Sheets, and Assignment/Transfer documentation within defined SLA using assignment management technology. - Managing work allocation for the team with minimal supervision and leading projects in the mobility operations space. - Participating and supporting Annual cycle activities such as Annual Remuneration Review, FX rate updates, and tax updates. - Maintaining employee data in Assignment Management Technology tool to ensure data accuracy. - Troubleshooting and providing timely resolution to queries using relevant information and work procedures. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the end-to-end Global Mobility processes. - Ensuring compliance with Global Mobility Framework, data privacy requirements, and legislative requirements for countries within the regions. Qualifications Required: - Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or Business is essential. - Technical qualifications in HR and/or Administration are desirable. - Prior experience in the global mobility domain with a good understanding of how it contributes to the broader HR agenda. - Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and work to deadlines. - Ability to interpret, manipulate, and analyze data with attention to detail. - Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite is essential.,
