Sr Analyst-Global mobility

Job Description: As a Global Mobility Operations professional, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for international assignments within the organization. Your responsibilities will include remotely assisting International Assignment case managers, preparing and reviewing documentation, managing team work allocation, leading projects in mobility operations, participating in annual cycle activities, maintaining employee data accurately, troubleshooting queries, and identifying process improvement opportunities. You should possess a bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or Business, with technical qualifications in HR and/or Administration being desirable. Prior experience in the global mobility domain and a good understanding of how it aligns with broader HR goals are necessary. Your ability to manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, analyze data with attention to detail, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite are essential for this role. Collaboration with the wider Global Mobility team and other functional teams is key to delivering optimal performance and meeting service level expectations for global stakeholders. Your role requires compliance with global legislative requirements to ensure a smooth and transparent service for talent mobilization on an international scale. By proactively identifying areas for enhancement in end-to-end Global Mobility processes, you will contribute to increased effectiveness and efficiency in operations. Additionally, maintaining systems and processes in alignment with Global Mobility Framework, data privacy regulations, and legislative requirements for various regions will be part of your responsibilities.,
