Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst with strong analytical, reporting, and financial planning skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, hands-on experience with financial reporting, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. This role will play a key part in supporting data-driven decision-making through insightful analysis and accurate financial reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze

    financial reports

    , including revenue, cost, pricing, and profitability metrics.
  • Support

    FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

    activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain

    dashboards and reports

    in Power BI to track key financial and operational KPIs.
  • Work with large datasets to perform trend analysis, identify insights, and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, and Product) to provide analytical support on pricing and cost optimization.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, automate manual workflows, and enhance data visualization capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor s or master s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    1 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or FP&A.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel

    (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, macros preferred).
  • Power BI

    ability to create interactive dashboards and manage data models.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial data management tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Mindset:

    Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn with a focus on continuous improvement.

Personal Attributes:

  • Experience with financial data entry and management.
  • Familiarity with ERP software.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • High attention to detail
  • High awareness and understanding of confidential information.
