About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-performing Sr. Admission Counsellor / Inside Sales Executive to join our fast-growing EdTech company. You will play a critical role in driving course enrolments through effective lead handling, strategic communication and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Handle daily inbound & outbound calls from leads provided by the marketing team
Counsel students and working professionals about course details, career outcomes and enrolment process
Build conversion strategies to turn inquiries into confirmed admissions
Achieve and exceed monthly sales/admission targets
Lead, support and mentor a small sales team to ensure daily productivity
Track and report daily performance via CRM / Sheets / dashboards
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smoother operations
Requirements:1–3 years of experience in EdTech / B2C inside sales / counselling
Strong communication and closing skills (English + Hindi + Telugu)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Leadership attitude to guide junior team members
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Sheets and call tracking systems
