Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate/Admission Counselor located in Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with prospective students to explain course offerings, providing excellent customer service during inquiry resolution, building strong interpersonal connections, and achieving admissions targets. The position will also include guiding students and their families through the admissions process while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the courses and programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and educational counseling, with a focus on achieving measurable results
• Understanding of the Education sector and its requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
