Job Description

Looking for a skilled Sr. Administrator to join our team in Pan India, with 3-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain telecom SMSC, USSD, MFS, Subscription Manager, and VAS systems.
Develop and troubleshoot scripts, cronjobs, stored procedures, and other DB-related activities using Linux and PL-SQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IP network and telecommunication systems.
Implement ITIL practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical support and management for OEM and Java & Dot Net applications.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Deep knowledge of Linux and PL-SQL (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL).
Experience in creating and troubleshooting scripts, cronjobs, stored procedures, and other DB-related activities.
Understanding of IP network and telecommunication systems.
Practitioner of ITIL principles.
Operational experience with Java and Dot Net applications.
Teamwork and independent work mindset.
