· Maintaining of Party wise Jobwork stock data sheet update excel & tally
· Maintaining of Party wise PO data sheet update excel & tally
· Manual Challan sheet update in excel sheet
· TDS calculation and challan submission
· Submitting monthly GST returns and maintaining other tax requirements.
· Preparation annually GST return and maintaining other tax requirements
· Submission of replies to notices received from all Government Departments
· Keeping record of all data in Tally ERP-9
· Bank reconciliation
· Submission of Bank Stock statement & replies to all other query
· Maintaining of Day book & Imprest Account
· Preparation Salary sheet & disbursement.
· Preparation monthly ESIC & PF challan & tax deposit
· Visiting Banks and other government departments, whenever required
· Preparation Indemnity Bond & BG
· Vehicle, Medical, Factory & other parties insurance
· Preparation of Import & Export document & query
· Preparation of Balance Sheet
· Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems.
· Preparation of Debtors and creditors entries and follow-up
· Depreciation Chart for fixed assets
· Preparation jobwork challan for muni
· Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
