Sr. Accountant

As an experienced Accountant, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements based on the established schedule and input from the accounting department. - Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure precise reporting and ledger maintenance. - Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and other issues that require Management's attention. - Review and process all inter-company transactions, as well as generate invoices when necessary. - Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy. - Delegate financial responsibilities effectively to the accounting team. - Coordinate semi-annual audits and support Management during audit processes. - Perform regular ledger maintenance and ensure data integrity. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and maintain transaction details on a daily basis. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. - 3+ years of experience in general or tax accounting. - Proficiency in computerized ledger systems. - Advanced knowledge of Excel. - Familiarity with relevant accounting software. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
