Sr. Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Cochin
Industry: Medical Distribution

We are a leading medical distribution company based in Cochin, seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: B Com.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a medical distribution company or the FMCG sector.
• Must be capable of handling accounts independently and leading an accounts team.
• Thorough knowledge of:
• Finalization of accounts
• GST matters
• Income tax – at least basic knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team.
• Ensure timely finalization of accounts.
• Handle all GST filing data
• Maintain compliance with all income tax compliance
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting softwares
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
