Sr Accountant for CA Company (Outsourcing)

We are urgently looking for a dynamic and preferably Certified Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong academic and professional credentials and 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within an ERP environment. Experience with tally/QB/Zoho/Odoo is a significant advantage.

This role is suited for someone who takes initiative, works well in a team, and has strong technical and analytical accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial data accuracy.
• Assist in VAT filings and regulatory compliance as per UAE laws.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal financial planning.
• Work within cloud/tally accounting systems for all financial tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA, CA-Inter or CA Finalist preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Able to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
