Sr. Accountant Executive

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate accounting related to HO & Sales & Marketing and MIS generation. This includes implementing effective controls on systems to maintain accurate accounting of HO related activities and reporting of MIS related to HO. You will need to ensure timely passing of information on receivables to enable timely action by concerned departments, proper accounting of supplier bills & expenses within the designated time period, smooth flow in debtors collection & Accounting, and identification of cost drivers for proper accounting allocation. Additionally, your role will involve ensuring submission of daily/monthly MIS and developing new MIS as and when required. Key Responsibilities: - Implement timely and accurate accounting procedures for HO & Sales & Marketing - Control systems effectively to maintain accurate accounting records - Report MIS related to HO in a timely manner - Pass on information on receivables promptly for necessary actions - Account for supplier bills & expenses within the specified timeframe - Ensure smooth debtors collection & Accounting procedures - Identify cost drivers and allocate accounting appropriately - Submit daily/monthly MIS reports and develop new MIS as needed Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in accounting or finance - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in MIS generation - Knowledge of accounting principles and controls The company offers Cell phone reimbursement, Health insurance, Provident Fund, Day shift schedule, and Yearly bonus as benefits for this full-time position.
