· Maintains the records of inventories up to date
· Monitor and manage inventory control
· Issues the goods as per request by other department
· Control of issuing / taking of materials more than the order
· Responsible for checking all the stock of all materials and report to manager
· Takes responsible in maintaining the store with all necessary materials, staffs, and maintains the goods safely
Checking of invoice, bills and other checklist in the stores
