Sr. Account Manager - Female - Stock Market/MF/Forex

As an Account Manager (RM) at our company, your main role will be to cold-call customers and introduce them to trading in stocks, commodities, and forex market. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, following up to close sales, providing excellent pre-sale and post-sale service, and maintaining customer portfolios through regular follow-ups. It is essential to have a good knowledge of the stock market and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will be updating the call sheet once the calls are completed. Key Responsibilities: - Cold-calling customers to introduce trading in stocks, commodities, forex, etc. - Calling potential customers and following up to close sales - Providing excellent pre-sale and post-sale service - Maintaining customer portfolios through regular follow-ups - Updating the call sheet after completing calls Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Tele Sales, preferably in the stock market or insurance field - Result-oriented with a can-do attitude - Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages such as Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil is preferable In this full-time position, you will be offered a salary ranging from INR 25,000 to 40,000 per month along with attractive incentives. Fluency in English and Hindi is required for this role.
