Job Description

Job Summary:

3-5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Primary contact for clients, building strong relationships, aligning solutions with brand objectives.
Brand Strategy & Research:
Assist in positioning, conduct competitor analysis, and deliver insights for campaigns.
Project Management:
Handle ATL, BTL & digital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality execution.
Creative Briefing & Execution:
Develop creative briefs, align outputs with client vision.
Presentation & Reporting:
Prepare and deliver campaign presentations, analyze performance, provide actionable insights.
Multi-Brand Management:
Flexibly manage multiple clients across categories.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, production).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

4-6 years in client servicing/account management in advertising agencies.

Skills:

Expertise in ATL, BTL, and digital strategies.
Strong knowledge of agency work processes & campaign lifecycles.
Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.
