Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

• Create, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports for internal and client reporting.

• Analyze and manage large datasets to support MIS, reporting, and client deliverables.

• Develop and maintain database schemas, views, tables, and indexes.
• Monitor database performance and resolve query or performance issues.

• Build automation jobs and assist in integrating AI tools into day-to-day team workflows.

• Provide basic IT support to internal staff and North American clients

  (connectivity, applications, troubleshooting).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.
• Work closely with operations, QA, and client-facing teams to understand requirements.
• Follow proper documentation, change management, and version control processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 45 years of hands-on SQL development experience.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL / MySQL / DB2).

• Mandatory experience with Crystal Reports (creating & modifying).

• Expertise in query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Understanding of data modeling and normalization.

• Basic knowledge of AI tools and ability to integrate AI into simple workflows.

• Ability to handle basic IT support issues for staff and clients.

• Good communication skills for coordination with North American clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Shift Timings & Location

• Comfortable working in the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Indian time IST (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST), Monday to Friday, from the Gurgaon office.
• Flexible shift timing, shift timing may change to meet the deadlines or to resolve the urgencies (may need to come in over the weekend if needed).
• Relocation within 10 km radius.

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell).
• Understanding of DevOps/CI-CD for database releases.
• Experience in BPO, logistics, or operations-heavy industries.
