About the Role:

SQL Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
SQL databases, tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, and functions
.
Write and optimize
complex SQL queries
for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
Perform
database performance tuning
, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
Collaborate with software developers and data analysts to
integrate SQL solutions
into applications and reporting systems.
Develop and maintain
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
for data migration and transformation.
Ensure
data integrity, consistency, and security
across multiple systems.
Troubleshoot
database issues
, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Support
data modeling and database design
initiatives.
Maintain
documentation for database schemas, processes, and data flow diagrams
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2-6+ years
of experience as an SQL Developer, Database Developer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in
SQL and relational database systems
(MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
Expertise in
writing complex queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers
.
Knowledge of
database performance tuning, normalization, and indexing
.
Experience with
ETL processes
and data integration tools.
Familiarity with
data warehousing concepts
and
reporting tools
(SSRS, Power BI, Tableau).
Strong understanding of
data modeling, schema design, and relational data structures
.
