Job Description

Position Spring CM / DocuSign CLM Specialist

Spring CM / DocuSign CLM Professional

Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Spring CM / DocuSign CLM workflows
Develop workflows for document generation, approvals, XML merging, etc.
Monitor application performance and optimize folder/document processing
Standardize, clean, and maintain folder hierarchies
Manage application admin tasks – access, configuration, retriggers
Collaborate with Meta application manager for privacy and retention rules

Qualifications:

Strong experience in DocuSign CLM system administration
Hands-on experience with advanced DocuSign CLM workflows and document generation
Experience writing
C# snippets
within DocuSign workflows
Knowledge of CLM security models, access control, and privacy best practices
Experience integrating CLM with
SFDC, Workday
, or similar systems
Knowledge of
Salesforce (SFDC)
is a plus.
