Spring Boot Developer - Backend

As a Spring Boot Developer_Backend at Fiserv, you will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet our business goals and client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop new features or enhance existing features as part of Application modernization. - Translate product requirements into functional, maintainable, and extensible software aligned with company objectives. - Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical solutions to complex business problems. - Lead in designing and building the architecture/tech design in AWS Cloud. - Develop reusable assets and create a knowledge repository. - Be a team player by sharing ideas in a strong product setting. - Adhere to Agile Sprints, Delivery Framework, and SDLC best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of Java experience in backend server-side software development. - Strong Java developer with the ability to prioritize, assign, and execute tasks throughout the entire SDLC. - Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring integration, Spring Security Oracle, NoSQL, RDBMS, GIT, JIRA, Maven, Confluence, on Agile methodology. - Experience in Restful APIs, API gateways, preferable Apigee, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/PCF). - Knowledge and experience in developing solutions for distributed systems architecture including micro-services. - Proficient in integrating with 3rd party APIs and tools. - Experience in Kafka or other Realtime Messaging platform would be an added advantage. - Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, Google Cloud, etc. - Superior problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities. - Flexible, self-driven, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
