Role Overview: At Decathlon, we are looking for energetic and sporty individuals to join us as SPORT LEADERS. As a Sport Leader, you will play a crucial role in connecting Decathlon with its customers and promoting the wonders of sports. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service: Share your passion for sports by providing tips, experiences, and technical advice to customers both in-store and online. Assist customers with all aspects of retail shopping. - Merchandising: Manage stock levels, pricing, and merchandising to ensure customers can easily find the right products for their sporting needs. - Team Player: Work collaboratively with a team of Omni Sports Leaders, engaging in sports activities and supporting each other. Additional Details: As a Sales Assistant at Decathlon, you will work usual retail hours, including evenings and weekends, with full Covid-19 safety measures in place. The role offers autonomy in your work and the opportunity to make sports accessible to all. Note: Job Types include Full-time, Part-time, Regular/Permanent, and Fresher. Part-time hours are 45 per week with a salary range of 22,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
