Sports Scientist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and scientifically driven Sports Scientist to support athlete performance and well-being through data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert input on athlete tracking systems to monitor performance and inform training decisions

• Manage training load data and injury prevention modules to support athlete health

• Collaborate with coaches and support staff to align performance insights with training goals

• Design and manage real-time data dashboards for clear and actionable performance insights

• Develop and validate athlete management tools based on current sports science research

• Apply scientific methods to assess physical output and identify improvement areas

• Recommend practical, data-driven strategies to enhance individual and team performance

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated athlete care and performance planning

• Ensure training programs are scientifically sound, effective, and safe for all athletes

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
