Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee daily operations and administration of the sports academy.
  • Manage coaching staff and support their professional development.
  • Design and implement effective training programs for athletes.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of coaching standards.
  • Maintain and supervise sports facilities and equipment.
  • Promote the academy’s programs to attract and retain athletes.
  • Coordinate communication between coaches, athletes, parents, and management.
  • Monitor performance metrics to achieve athletic and business goals.
