As a Sponsorship Sales Intern at our company located in Noida Sector 63, you will be reporting to the Head of Sponsorship Sales. You will be responsible for managing sponsorship and event sales across the nation. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who will develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive performance. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in Exhibition, Sponsorship Sales, and Event Sales, with a proven track record in driving sponsorship deals and partnerships. Your role will involve identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors, cultivating relationships to ensure a continuous pipeline of sales opportunities. You will be developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for events and sponsorships, in coordination with marketing and event management teams. Negotiating sponsorship agreements, analyzing market trends, and maintaining accurate sales records will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits to effectively showcase company offerings and ensure long-term partnerships with sponsors. To excel in this role, you must possess strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, Relationship Building, Marketing, Communication, and Business Development. Proficiency in selling sponsorship packages, strategizing and executing sales plans, negotiating terms and conditions, establishing robust relationships with stakeholders, enhancing brand visibility through marketing initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities are essential skills required for this position.
