Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships Manager

contractual position

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors.
• Create customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks.
• Present and negotiate sponsorship deals aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage deliverables, branding, and on-ground partner visibility.
• Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for brand promotions.
• Maintain strong post-event relationships with sponsors.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or media collaborations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Existing network of brand managers, marketing heads, or agencies (preferred).
• Self-driven, professional, and passionate about events and brand experiences.
• Available for flexible working hours and project timelines.
