Job Duties

US Health Plan experience (preferred)Participate in dashboard requirements discussionsDevelop solution design and approachCollaborate with Product Owner/BA for functional understanding and clarificationsSupport functional breakdown structure creationProvide estimations for assigned featuresProvide guidance to development teamDevelop and implement Splunk dashboards. Works on complex integrations, custom scripts, Splunk forwardersConduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to standardsParticipate in sprint activitiesPerformance optimizationsMaintain procedural documents, knowledge sharing

Certifications

Splunk certified Power User (mandatory)Splunk certified Admin (optional, but preferred)
