Expertise in Splunk is preferred Demonstrated knowledge and solid understanding of Monitoring Tools for server, network devices, storage, VMware and database. Scripting knowledge would be an added advantage. Certification in any monitoring Tool. Report creation in Service Now Install, configure, and administer hubs as per requirement and troubleshoot issues as needed. Proficient with SNMP/WMI network protocols. Knowledge in API. Perform/Recommend Upgrade Integration with ticketing tools like Service Now is added advantage Good-to-Have Conversant with Incident management tools Good to have knowledge Frameflow and SCOM ITIL Knowledge Proficient in any Tools SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Passionate, Self-motivated, and driven, with keen attention to detail, action-and-results oriented. 2 Excellent interpersonal, verbal, sand written communication skills as well as strong logical, analytical, problem-solving skills and reporting skills. 3 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5 Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
