About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Spinning Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the spinning department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of spinning processes, leadership skills to manage a team, and the ability to ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily spinning production activities.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet production targets.
• Ensure machines are running smoothly with minimal downtime.
• Maintain product quality standards and reduce waste/rework.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Train and guide operators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
• Implement process improvements for better efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or related field.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyse production data and troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and safety compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
