Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spine and Orthopedic Physiotherapist, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions, developing customized treatment plans, and conducting personalized physiotherapy sessions. The role involves collaboration with patients to improve mobility, manage pain, and support recovery. Professional documentation and periodic progress monitoring are key aspects of this role. The physiotherapist will also educate patients on injury prevention and post-treatment maintenance to ensure long-term health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Expertise in musculoskeletal assessment and diagnosis, including proficiency in treating spine and orthopedic conditions
• Strong hands-on physiotherapy treatment skills such as manual therapy and exercise prescription
• Knowledgeable in rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention practices
• Excellent patient communication, education, and counseling skills
• Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team environment
• Experience in private practices or orthopedic clinics is an advantage
• Up-to-date with industry trends and developments in physiotherapy practices
