Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations (articulation, language, fluency, voice, swallowing).

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

* Provide therapy to individuals and groups, targeting communication and swallowing goals.

* Counsel patients and their families on communication strategies.

* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

* Participate in professional development and continuing education.

* Follow ethical and professional standards as per RCI.

* Support community outreach programs and screenings.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.

* Should be speaking Telugu

* Valid RCI registration (Rehabilitation Council of India).

* 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).

* Knowledge of current practices and clinical techniques.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

* Must meet all RCI norms for the position of Grade II Speech-Language Pathologist.

Compensation Package:

* Base Salary: Starting from ₹40,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and interview performance)
