Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy sessions in alignment with clinical goals
• Conduct standardized assessments and prepare detailed evaluation reports
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each child
• Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Track each child’s progress, reassess goals, and update IEPs as needed
• Collaborate with program coordinators and other therapists to ensure consistency in care
• Maintain thorough documentation an

  communicate regularly with families
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to team discussions

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Language Pathology
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in pediatric settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• A team player with an empathetic and child-centered approach
