Speech and Language Therapist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Smiles Child Development Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children with speech and language challenges and will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to our young clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Relevant certification and licensing (as applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Half-day)

Salary: Starting at ₹3.6 LPA
