Job Description

Role Overview: Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a dynamic individual to join Mendix, a Siemens business, as a Sales Director to drive the adoption of their low-code platform among enterprise customers in diverse industry segments. As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in managing strategic sales accounts, leading complex sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution across all stages of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Engage enterprise customers to promote adoption of Mendix's low-code platform - Develop and manage strategic sales accounts, fostering strong relationships with senior executives - Drive pipeline generation and qualification in collaboration with channel partners - Lead complex sales cycles, including negotiations and procurement, while aligning internal and external stakeholders - Communicate Mendix's unique value proposition at both technical and business levels - Analyze market feedback and customer insights to shape product strategy and roadmap - Navigate buying processes and identify key decision-makers and influencers - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution throughout the sales process Qualification Required: - 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quota - Experience selling into large enterprises, preferably in the Financial Services Industry - Ability to build and manage executive-level relationships, especially at the C-suite - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management - Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification - Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills - High energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset - Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively Please note that this is a full-time position in the Sales category within the Digital Industries organization at Siemens Digital Industries Software.,
