Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing professional with hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, analytics, and campaign optimization to drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
Define targeting strategies, bidding approaches, and audience segmentation for effective campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics for campaign tracking and insights.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Meta or Google Ads).
Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital advertising metrics.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
