Specialist User Experience Design

• Leverage design thinking and agile methodologies to rapidly iterate and deliver high-quality solutions.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree with a 4 - 6 years of experience in Computer Science, ITor related field OR

• Bachelors degree with 7 - 10 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with front-end design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design clean, modern user interfaces.

• Proficiency with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.

• Hands-on experience building Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik) with a focus on interactivity, usability, and performance.

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and data storytelling.

• Experience collaborating with product owners, engineers, and analysts in an agile environment.

• Ability to bridge UX design with visualization engineering to deliver cohesive solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.

• Familiarity with advanced Tableau features (LOD calculations, parameter actions, performance optimization).

• Experience in other visualization frameworks or libraries (e.g., D3.js, Plotly, Highcharts).

• Background in human-centered design, HCI, or data analytics.

Professional Certifications(preferred):

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst / Tableau Desktop Certified Professional

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Strong written and verbal communications skills (English) in translating technology content into business-language at various levels

• Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
