Job Description

The Specialist - Transfer Agency will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the transfer agency, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to clients and investors.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the transfer agency operations including processing of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to transfer agency functions.
Act as a liaison between clients, investors, and internal teams to resolve any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy in the transfer agency processes and documentation.
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of systems and processes to improve efficiency within the transfer agency operations.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, investment funds, and regulatory requirements in the transfer agency domain.
Proficient in using transfer agency software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
