We are seeking a Specialist - Transfer Agency to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the Transfer Agency function, ensuring accurate processing of investor transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Transfer Agency function. Perform investor onboarding and account maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues. Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of units/shares. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to investor transactions. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-6 years of experience in Transfer Agency or a similar role in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of fund operations and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
